I have a new dress on today.  I feel willowy and pretty and I like the way the fabric drapes over my knee when I cross my legs.

When I woke up this morning I only felt a little bit sad.  But as I did my yoga practice in the warm, yellow morning light, I felt myself softening.   This day started well.

This white bedroom is making me happy.  Maybe one day I will have a white house with gorgeous splashes of color too.  Although I’ll probably have to dye my black dog.
